С тим у вези, ПУПС инсистира да се обезбеди да се наплата овако индексираних кредита и лизинг уговора по званичном средњем курсу убудуће односи не само на нове, већ и на раније склопљене уговоре.
Страхујемо да би селективном применом одредби Закона о заштити корисника финансијских услуга била настављена досадашња дискриминаторска пракса банака кроз наплате кредита и лизинга по највишем банкарском курсу, који је неретко и за три динара изнад средњег званичног курса.
